The latest report from TV said President Arroyo has “suspended” the NBN project. What that “suspension” means remains to be clarified. What is certain is that NBN is beyond salvage and the president really has no option but to back off this controversial deal conceived by the dirty rotten scoundrels. The whole deal, as shown during the Senate inquiry could never be defended morally, financially, and technically.
